South American beans bring a solid, dependable base to the blend. Known for their natural sweetness, these coffees offer flavours of roasted nuts and chocolate. The mild acidity adds just enough brightness to keep it lively, without overwhelming the smooth character that these coffee beans are known for.

Indonesian coffee grounds the blend with its deep, earthy flavours. It introduces smoky, spicy undertones with a hint of dark chocolate, giving the blend its weight and complexity. With its naturally low acidity, Indonesian beans add depth without sharpness, creating a smooth layer that lingers on the palate, rounding out the blend.

Ethiopian beans bring an entirely different dimension. Grown at high altitudes, they’re known for their intense aromatics. These beans don’t overpower the blend with heavy flavours; instead, they add a crisp, refreshing lift. Their lively acidity and light body create an elegant contrast to the richer South American and Indonesian components, providing a clean, refined finish.
